Newman Exploration Travel Fund

About the Trip

With support from the Newman Exploration Travel Fund, I traveled to Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, and Helsinki to study Scandinavian social infrastructure: the spaces and systems that support everyday social life and center the human experience. The trip looked at how architecture and GIS work together to shape each city's built environment, and how that relationship could inform my own approach to design.
